Here at Perfekt, we stand by our product. That is why we offer a satisfaction guarantee. If by chance you are not satisfied with your Perfekt product, let us know via email or phone call at 747-737-3358. If you are within the first 30 days of your first purchase, we will honor a full refund of the product. Please note, orders outside of 30 days or beyond the first order on an account (including our Free Sample Offer) are not able to be returned or refunded. For eligible returns, the product should not be used and is in the same condition you received it as well as in the original box and/or packaging. To get a full refund, email us at info@perfektbrands.com and write RETURN in the subject line. You will be provided a return address. Please send your package using a carrier that can provide tracking and insurance. Perfekt is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit. Once your item has shipped, please email the tracking number for your returned product so we can process your refund in a timely manner.
